KCCA Vs BUL FC, 4:00 PM
(StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo)

KCCA will welcome back veteran midfielder Saddam Juma when they face BUL FC in a league game at StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo.

The midfielder who joined KCCA FC in May 2017, was stretchered off in a 3-2 loss against Express FC on Tuesday, December 1 at Betway Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.

Juma’s return is a big boost for the club that is tussling to extend their lead at the top of the league after competitors Vipers and Mbarara failed to win their respective games on Tuesday.

However, speaking to the press at Lugogo, Juma said that his return is subtle:

Its a team game, I don’t think that I will add a lot because the team is doing good. Basically it will be more of a motivation because it has been long, that is since December.

But I feel good to be back because no player would love to be out injured. I have missed a lot and am hungry to start again.”

Juma’s return is expected to give Assistant Coach Morley Byekwaso, who is deputising the banned Mike Mutebi, plenty of option in the middle of the park. Nicholas Kasozi and Muzamir Mutyaba are the other options.

KCCA whose only league lose came against Express, can go eight points clear at the top of the table with victory.

Against BUL FC, KCCA FC face a hard Peter Onen team that is yet to lose in their last five league games.

BUL’s last loss in the league coincidentally came against KCCA in December, 1-2 at Njeru, Muzamir Mutyaba and Mike Mutyaba scored for KCCA, while Jean Pierre Kambale Muhindo scored for BUL FC.
