SC Vipers vs Kiboga Young
Nebbi Central vs Nkambi Coffee
BUL FC vs Bukedea Town Council

Vipers will seek to avoid upsets when they welcome Big league side Kiboga Young at St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende in the round of 16 tie of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.

The winner of the Uganda Cup gets a ticket to CAF Confederation Cup and Vipers will be targeting this as the chances of winning the league have continued to deteriote in the past.

Vipers lost 3-1 to Villa and needed a Hamis Diego Kiiza goal to pick a point off Tooro United in the league to slip six point below leaders KCCA.

The side will seek to bounce back with a commanding victory in a game which the Club administration have decided to price free of charge.

Vipers beat Kiboga Young in 2017 with Erisa Ssekisambu now at Gor Mahia scoring five. Brian Nkuubi and Brian Kakaire scored one each at this same round.

The club has confirmed that they will make some changes in their squad ahead of this encounter.

Henry Katongole is expected to partner Halid Lwaliwa in the heart of defence and youngsters Aziz Kayondo and Bobosi Byaruhanga are expected to feature.

To reach this stage, Vipers who lost last years finals to KCCA FC, got a walk over against Rushekere growers before putting four past unanswered goals past Kansai Plascon.

Kiboga Young eased past Kigezi and St Mary’s FC at the round of 64 and 32 in that order.
