Elgon Cup is the business this weekend and the Rugby Cranes, both ladies and men, are in Kenya for the first tie and are rallying support from all corners of fans.
The Elgon Cup should be Africa’s fiercest sporting rivalry pitting Uganda against Kenya in Rugby. Kenya have won the crown three times in a row now and will want to keep it that way, with Uganda only managing 9 wins collectively against the Kenyans 21.
A whole fans bus left Kampala at 9am on Friday headed for Kisumu, in time for Saturday’s rugby.
Twabagambye nti we are going to Kisumu to collect the #ElgonCup and you thought I was joking 😂😂😂😂 Look at the smiles but most importantly look at the @NileSpecial bottles 😍😍😪 pic.twitter.com/nEa74yIC3s
