Lady Cranes squad for Elgon Cup named

Uganda Rugby union held a presser on Monday afternoon where the Lady Cranes team to play Kenya Lionesses in the Elgon Cup first leg was named.

The Uganda Lady Cranes will get this weekend’s Elgon Cup first leg action underway when they play against Kenya Lionesses in the women’s fixture which kicks off at 1.30pm at the Mamboleo Showground in Kisumu.

This match will pave the way for the clash between the Kenyan and Ugandan men’s sides at 4.00pm at the same venue.

The ladies have been in session for the last one month preparing for Elgon Cup against Kenya this Weekend and the Rugby World Cup Qualifiers later in August, and will be captained by Winnie Atyang.

I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? With thanks”
