Daniel LubangaKene comes from a large family with many siblings with whom he grew up. ” Living in a large family teaches one how to live among people and learn to understand the needs of others in comparison with one’s own” – Daniel shares with us.
He went to Highway children’s centre for his primary education before joining St Lawrence school London College for his O and A level studies.
Daniel Lubangakene got into rugby in his form five under the guidance and encouragement of former teammate Emong Eliphaz. Emong currently features for Kenyan side Kabras Sugar and has also become a regular in the National team set up.
