Elephants managed to pick maximum points when they came on top of a bottom clash against Kabowa United in the Futsal Super League encounter in Mengo.

Tumwine Philip (2), Eric Wagana and Hassan Wasswa scored a goal each as Elephants ran riot to win 4-2 in an epic and entertaining clash.

Kyagulanyi Edward left the keeper crawling for the first before scoring his brace in a similar fashion but the efforts were not enough to rescue Kabowa United.

The victory lifts Elephants from the rock bottom way up to 12th with 7 points – This was the club’s second victory of the campaign, they got their first against Parakeets.

Kabowa United slip to the foot with five points and they will look to make amends next week when they take on Bajim. Elephants will seek to extend their surge when they play host to Yap Stars.
