Buffaloes visit Warriors as the year winds down

Toyota Buffaloes visit the joint table leaders DusuPay Warriors, at Legends this weekend for their last game of the year in the Uganda rugby premiership.

After recovering from a loss on opening day to Heathens, the Toyota Buffaloes picked themselves up and have now won four on the trot propelling them to fifth place, level on points (18) with champions Black Pirates and only below them on points difference.

“It is the same old game we are playing. It is just a different opponent,” said Coach Edgar Lemerigar.

“We have our work cut out for us because we know how red hot the warriors are. They are not a small team and that is clearly showing with where they are. They have worked for that.”

‘Other than Ali, I believe I have the services of everyone.”
