Australia have released their team to try and salvage something from a disappointing Rugby championship campaign.
The Wallabies are in Argentina where they will play the ever improving Pumas. It’s been all gloom for the green and gold who have won just one game this campaign prior to their match up with Argentina this weekend.
Their record in South America isn’t one to be encouraged by either which further dumps more pessimism on those that follow one of rugby’s most successful sides that have dropped into a cancerous slump.
Bernard Foley returns to fly half in a bid to end the horrid show of Kurtley Beale at 10, the latter is moved back to inside centre as Matt Toomua is relegated to the bench.
The rest of the team keeps the usual shape in what seems to be a vote of confidence for the boys from Michael Cheika who is on the hot seat to turn the Aussie fortunes around prior to the Rugby World cup. It is best said that they should put the rugby championship behind them for yet another year.
